Located at the north end of the Santa Clarita Valley, Castaic is home to Castaic Lake, a 320,000 acre man-made lake that includes 29 miles of shoreline with large home lots in nearby Hasley Canyon.
Castaic is growing from a purely bedroom community to Santa Clarita, into a destination community in its own right.
New shopping and stores are slowly catching up with all the great housing available here. Already, Newhall Ranch is building out to the south as the next-door neighbor, bringing even more services and amenities to the city while Williams Ranch further enhances the cities offerings of luxury properties, beginning 2023.
