Built out over 2007 to 2019, the Valencia West Creek neighborhood is one of the newest of all the neighborhoods in Valencia. When it comes to curb appeal, West Creek's brick facades on most homes has a timeless classiness. While most homes have Mello Roos and HOA costs, it’s a beautiful, contemporary community in a park-like setting because of the Mello Roos with a nice mix of homes.
